A Designation Of HealthCare Surrogate is similar to a Living Will, but it does not require the elements of a Living Will to exist before becoming effective.

A Power Of Attorney (POA) gives your designated Agent the legal authority to handle your financial affairs. It is important that you fully trust your Agent because you are giving him or her full authority to act on your behalf
WHAT IS A DNR
A Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) is a directive to your physicians not to resuscitate or revive you should your heart and respiratory system stop functioning.
